f) vision-how to improve your vision naturally

Would you like to find out how to improve your vision naturally without any medical help at any age? You just need to follow the guidance and do exercises every day. Anyone who spends a lot of time in front of a PC should know how to correct nearsightedness, even if they still don`t have vision problems yet. After 40 knowing how to correct farsightedness and practising a few minutes a day will save your eyes from wearing glasses forever. If you have more serious problems than most people, eye exercises for double vision and lazy eye exercises will be found in Meir Schneider training.

People don`t usually pay attention to their vision. They accept the fact that their eye sight is not good enough and they have to wear glasses. If their vision is still good, most people don`t do anything to maintain their eye sight and keep it in a perfect condition. The result of such negligence is predictable – after late forties people have to wear glasses.

What is more important for your wellbeing – your hair or your eyes?

Every day we look in the mirror, brush our hair, choose the best shampoo, wash our hair, colour our hair, visit a hairdresser, if men start losing their hair they visit special clinics for hair restoration.

One more deception of humanity, isn`t it?

Please, ask yourself would I exchange my vision for Bill Gates wealth? The answer is obvious.

Why are we so blind regarding the importance of our vision?
Probably, because we have never experienced a state of blindness.
So, maybe it is time to start paying attention to our eyes.

When we do physically demanding work or any sport activities, we give rest to our muscles. After a period of time we can`t continue these activities for longer without having breaks.

Unfortunately, our eyes don`t give us such a direct indication for having a rest as muscles do. As a result, we watch TV or stare at a computer screen all day long.
Nobody can appreciate this precious gift of nature as much as people who have lost their marvellous ability to see.
One of the people I admire the most is Meir Schneider.

He was born blind. A few times he had unsuccessful eye operations. Everyone lost faith in his ability to see. Everyone, except him.

From an early age, this amazing little boy did everything he could to get what everyone else has, but nobody appreciates. Every day he did eye exercises for 14 hours.
The result was amazing. It is heart-breaking to read the part of his book where he describes seeing his mother for the first time.
This amazing man almost completely restored his vision. He has a driving licence which has his photograph without glasses.

His book Vision for Life and The Natural Vision Improvement Kit will guide you step by step to your desirable vision.

  1. Hi,
I’m a fan of Laptop computer but never think about this before. After reading this article you just open my mind to reconsider the impact of this technology. And, yes maybe there are some benefits which we can get from it, but our beautiful body is more important. Sir, thank you much for this great reminder. May God Bless you

  2. Fascinating life story with a happy ending. Thank you for pointing out the importance of eye exercises … very true it helps to improve normal vision too.
Is there any truth in exposing closed eyes to the sun, feeling the rays and warmth on the closed eyelids? They say the Indian cricket team always walk out from their lockers turned their heads with closed eyes to the sun to give them clear vision on the field?

  3. You are so right about us taking our eye sight for granted, I just started wearing glasses, recently because I spend too much time in front of a computer. and I know I should have taken better care of my eyes which I will start doing now, after reading your article I realize how careless I have been.

This is a very informative article, thank you so much.

  4. I know I’m worried about my eye site, my father has a high prescription due to computer use. Now I’ve been on the computer most of the day for years. I’m an artist, so loosing my eye sight would be a tragedy for me!

    1. Dear Kira
Thank you very much for your lovely comment!
Two options are available: continue your present lifestyle or make practical steps from the book and start improving your vision.
      The choice is yours.

      Kind regards,

  5. Very interesting read. I had my vision damaged due to a bad lasik procedure. I wonder if these suggestions would help someone such as myself. Thank you.

  6. Hi Andrey, thank you for your inspirational post. I am wearing glasses myself since the age of 6 and it just becomes part of your body, without you actually thinking that exercising your eyes could possibly help with further deterioration. Thanks again, Soretha

  7. Hi Andrey!
I started wearing glasses because of short-sighted since I was 10, for many years I’ve tried to improve my eyesight so that I can see without the glasses. Thanks for the suggestions to work our eyes so as to prevent continued deterioration. I hope more people can visit this site and realize the importance of our vision.

  8. What an amazing story! Thank you for this. This might be helpful to me since I’ve been wearing glasses or contacts since I was a child.

  9. This is very interesting! I’ve worn glasses since the 3rd grade, and my vision without them is awful. I wonder if this might help me a bit. I’m encouraged to try it and see if I can reduce the damage that I’m sure working on a computer and gaming every day is further doing to my vision. Thank you for the article!

  10. This is an insightful article. I’ve been wearing glasses since the fourth grade, and my vision have been about the same. I have a strong prescription and I always thought it was just something I had to live with . Though I do spend a lot of time in front of the computer at work, I do get up about every hour to take a break or go for the walk, understanding that I need to break away from that screen. And when I get home, I practically disconnect and do a lot of reading and audible books, spending very little time on a laptop. But I never thought about some of these exercises before. Thanks!

  11. I wear glasses since I’m 7. I’m 25 today and my vision hasn’t got better, unfortunately. I never thought of doing eyes exercices because like you said, the eye doesn’t tell us that it is tired until it’s too late.

Plus, when I go see an eye-doctor (I don’t know the name sorry) I always asked them what I can do to improve my vision and they always tell me that there is nothing I can do… I believed them until today in reading your post.

Thank you for sharing this, I’ll make sure to look at these exercices for my eyes!
