    Is there any truth in exposing closed eyes to the sun, feeling the rays and warmth on the closed eyelids? They say the Indian cricket team always walk out from their lockers turned their heads with closed eyes to the sun to give them clear vision on the field?

  4. I know I’m worried about my eye site, my father has a high prescription due to computer use. Now I’ve been on the computer most of the day for years. I’m an artist, so loosing my eye sight would be a tragedy for me!

    I started wearing glasses because of short-sighted since I was 10, for many years I’ve tried to improve my eyesight so that I can see without the glasses.   10. This is an insightful article. I’ve been wearing glasses since the fourth grade, and my vision have been about the same. I have a strong prescription and I always thought it was just something I had to live with . Though I do spend a lot of time in front of the computer at work, I do get up about every hour to take a break or go for the walk, understanding that I need to break away from that screen. And when I get home, I practically disconnect and do a lot of reading and audible books, spending very little time on a laptop. But I never thought about some of these exercises before. Thanks!

  11. I wear glasses since I’m 7. I’m 25 today and my vision hasn’t got better, unfortunately. I never thought of doing eyes exercices because like you said, the eye doesn’t tell us that it is tired until it’s too late.

    Plus, when I go see an eye-doctor (I don’t know the name sorry) I always asked them what I can do to improve my vision and they always tell me that there is nothing I can do… I believed them until today in reading your post.
