Almost everyone has had an uncomfortable feeling in their back at least once in their life. We have to know how to cure back pain. I don`t mean back pain relief products. Your healthy spine is the base of health because it is the place where all life energy goes through (more information in section six Real Happiness).

    I totally agree that people nowadays should stay happy with what mother nature can offer us. The community nowadays prefer “cosmetic enhancements” rather than being happy with nature.

    In our era where there’s high-tech gadgets, young people tend to be anti-social. Unlike the older times where kids spend most of their times exposed to nature.

    Natural food/healthy food is slowly dying, people become obese in an alarming rate. Especially for the younger ones.

    If this is “happiness”, then humanity is in danger!

    A very information Post. In earlier days only old people used to suffer from Back pain as people in young age were involved in a lot of physical activities. New generation spent most of the time in front of PC and rest in front of a TV may be.
    Therefore few yogic exercises per day are compulsory along with little bit of gymming. I feel gymnastic bars can be a good choice.
    I just have a query if back pain is linked with the sitting posture and do you recommend some product to correct sitting posture as well.

  4. Excellent information on how to cure back pain. I am also a believer in the powers of Yoga to help not just back pain, but pain throughout the body. I had not considered before that hanging from a bar could help the back, but it does make sense. These ideas are great in that they are effective, relatively easy, and cost very little.

    Thanks for the informative article. You have a lot of great advice. Listen to one of the worse cases of back pain and severe chronic pain, you have great advice, but I am too far gone. I got hurt in a parachute jump in Iraq, and I’ve had 16 surgeries. I had my 2 neck fusion and 6th back surgery which was a total back fusion which seems worse. I live on Morphine and Percocet and a few muscle relaxers, but nothing seems to help.

    But your informative advice is great for normal back pain sufferers. You have great advice and I applaud you for it.

  7. Great article. Back pain is so common, but also preventable with stretching and strengthening exercises. A lot of people don’t realize that being overweight and having weak stomach muscles (which frequently go together) put more strain on the back muscles, so addressing those also will help alleviate back pain.

  8. Your article is on the right timing because my brother-in-law is suffering from lower back pain and left and right frozen shoulder. I think yoga will be best for him. We really need to take care of our spinal cord because the spinal cord controls various parts of the body and plays an important role when it comes to bladder control. It is the link between the brain and the rest of the body and is part of the central nervous system. including movement and behavior.
